All points are added to supporter accounts after the game has been purchased.

Season ticket holders will be unable to purchase additional home league match tickets using points collected from attending matches through their season ticket.

Tickets purchased on the gate at away clubs will not count towards your points record as AFC Bournemouth has no way of verifying the purchase

Home Premier League Tickets

Match tickets for FA Premier League home matches are sold subject to the AFC Bournemouth home ticket points scheme. Eligibility to purchase tickets is based on the number of home points a supporter has, with points dropping every Wednesday and Sunday; more information on the points drop schedule can be found at tickets.afcb.co.uk

Supporters are reminded that adults cannot use concession match tickets or season cards to gain entry to the Ground

All match ticket sales are subject to availability

If tickets are purchased by a supporter without the required points, the purchased tickets are liable to be refunded without notice.

Away Premier League Tickets

Match tickets for League away matches are sold subject to the AFC Bournemouth away ticket points scheme. Eligibility to purchase tickets is based on the number of away points a supporter has, with points dropping every Wednesday and Sunday; more information on the points drop schedule can be found at tickets.acfb.co.uk/online

Supporters are reminded that they should purchase the correct age-concession ticket for the away club. If the wrong price-type ticket is purchased, the away club has the right to refuse entry to the ground.

All match ticket sales are subject to availability.

Duplicating Tickets

Duplicate Season Ticket Card

Season Ticket cards that are lost or misplaced will incur a replacement fee of £10

If your season ticket card has been stolen, please provide the Club with a Crime Reference Number (CRN) so that your card can be replaced free of charge.

In circumstance where a supporter has forgotten their ticket, a paper ticket may be issued, however this may incur a £5 charge at the discretion of the Club.

Duplicating Home Match Tickets

Supporters who have not received their home match tickets should contact the AFC Bournemouth Ticket Office on 0344 576 1910 (option 1, then option 2) no earlier than 48 hours before the match in order to request a duplicate home ticket.

Duplicate home match tickets will incur a charge of £5; supporters who require a duplicate ticket will usually be escorted to their seat by a steward for security reasons.

The club reserves the right to refuse to issue a duplicate ticket if it feels the circumstances warrant it.

Duplicating Away Match Tickets

Supporters who have not received their away match tickets should contact AFC Bournemouth Ticket Office on 0344 576 1910 no earlier than 48 hours before the match in order to request a duplicate away ticket.

The AFC Bournemouth ticket office will send any duplicate requests to the Home Club and a duplicate away match ticket will be available for collection from the home club’s ticket office.

Any supporter who is collecting an away duplicate ticket should attend the home club’s ticket office on the day of the match with photographic ID in order to collect their replacement tickets.

Supporters who have not received or lost their away ticket, and have not been able to report this to the AFC Bournemouth ticket office in advance of the match-day should visit the Home Club’s ticket office with photographic ID and proof of purchase. The Home Club will then contact the AFC Bournemouth Ticket Office team who will assist them in providing replacement match tickets.

The club reserves the right to refuse to issue a duplicate ticket if it feels the circumstances warrant it.

Family Tickets

Family Stand

The Family Stand is applicable to Blocks 1, 8 and 9 in the Coretx Main Stand

Supporters with an adult ticket in the Family Stand must be accompanied by an under-16 in order to purchase tickets in the Family Stand (at a ratio of no more than two adult seats per U-16 seat)

Adult tickets purchased with a child’s ticket qualify for the Family Adult ticket price however any upgrades in the Family Stand will be to full adult price.

Season ticket holders in the Family Stand can upgrade their ticket five times across the season at the discretion of the Club. Where a match is moved to a weekday evening for TV, the Club may, at its discretion, allow an additional upgrade in the family area.

When a Junior Cherry turns 16 and stops qualifying for a child’s ticket in the Family Stand they can remain in the Family Stand if the family group still falls within the ratio of no more than two adults per child. In circumstances where the change in concession takes the ratio outside the family stand criteria, the Club will work with the affected family to move them to another area in the stadium that is acceptable before releasing the family stand seats for sale.

A Junior Cherry under-3 does not require a match ticket to enter the ground as long as they do not require their own seat and can sit with a parent or guardian. To make use of this option, supporters must phone the ticket office and inform them that the under-3 will be attending the game in advance of the fixture. Supporters must then collect the pass for their infant from the Ticket Office on the day of the game, with the child in attendance.

It is advised that any supporter bringing an under-3 with them to an AFC Bournemouth fixture sits in the Family Stand and is aware of the risk of a ball entering the stands unexpectedly.

Points for Junior Cherries who are under-3 cannot be applied after the game or retrospectively for games that have passed unless the above process has been followed or at the Club’s discretion.

Accessible Tickets

In order to purchase accessible tickets supporters must provide proof of eligibility to the Club; AFC Bournemouth accepts the following as proof of eligibility:

Receipt of the higher or middle rate of Disability Living Allowance (mobility and/or care component).

Receipt of standard or enhanced rate of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) for mobility, and/or care.

Receipt of either Severe Disablement Allowance or Attendance Allowance

War Pensioners’ Mobility Allowance or War or Service Disablement pension for 80% or more disability

Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CV1 certificate) or evidence from an eye specialist, for example an optometrist, that the individual would qualify to be registered as severely sight impaired (blind) or sigh impaired (partially sighted). Further advice can be found on the Royal National Institute of Blind people (RNIB) website.

Please note that receipt of a “Blue Badge” will not be considered sufficient proof of disability for ticketing purposes.

This list is not exhaustive and consideration will be given to any other evidence that can be provided.

Supporters can submit their proof of eligibility in person at the ticket office or via e-mail to disability@afcb.co.uk

Once supporters have submitted their proof of eligibility they will be able to purchase accessible match tickets in person, over the phone or online at www.tickets.afcb.co.uk/online

Supporters who require a wheelchair space can purchase a space for £5 with a complimentary personal assistant ticket.

Disabled supporters can choose to have a personal assistant account created for them in their name or nominate an account holder as their personal assistant. In instances where an account holder has been nominated as a personal assistant the club reserves the right to remove points from the account holder if the personal assistant system is being abused.

Refunding Tickets

Home Ticket Refunds

Refunds can be made at the ticket office providing the match tickets are returned no later than half an hour before kick-off.

Refunds can only be made on production of the match ticket; evidence of destroyed match tickets will not be accepted.

Away Ticket Refunds

Away match ticket refunds can be made at the Ticket Office providing the match tickets are returned no later than the off-sale time for the match, normally midday on the day before the match-day e.g. midday Friday for a Saturday fixture; Details of away fixture off-sale dates can be found on the ticket news section of the club website at www.afcb.co.uk

Once an away fixture has come off-sale, the Club regrets that tickets cannot be refunded.

Touting and Re-Sale

Transferring tickets

There are a limited number of tickets available for sale on a match-by-match basis at Vitality Stadium so all tickets are sold via the Club’s point scheme.

Tickets that have been purchased under a specific customer number must be used by that customer; if you are unable to attend a game you can have your ticket refunded to you, subject to our refund policy, so that the unneeded ticket can be re-sold to supporters with the required points.

Where a game has reached general sale or is being transferred to a supporter with the required points, supporters must let the ticket office know so that the ticket can be assigned to the correct account.

Touting/Re-sale

The unauthorised sale of football tickets is a criminal offence under UK law. AFC Bournemouth understands that circumstances can change and leave supporters with unwanted or unneeded tickets and, as a result, the Club is committed to providing a refund to any supporter who returns an unneeded ticket to the ticket office no later than half an hour before kick-off. If a supporter chooses not to return their ticket to the club and sells their ticket on, the club may decide to take the following disciplinary action:

Tickets sold to AFCB supporters: Where a ticket is sold on to another AFCB supporter, the club will usually issue a written warning in the first instance followed by a one month ban from purchasing tickets if the issue happens again. If a supporter sells tickets on for a third time, they will stopped from purchasing tickets for a calendar year.

Tickets sold to non-AFCB supporters: Where a ticket is sold to a non-AFCB supporter, the club will issue a one month ban from purchasing tickets; if this happens again the supporter will be stopped from purchasing tickets for a calendar year.
