How do i purchase an away ticket?

 

Match tickets for Premier League away matches are sold subject to the qualifying Cherries Points criteria.


What is the qualifying criteria?

 

Qualifying criteria to purchase match tickets is based on the number of away league points a supporter holds.


How do I check my points total?

 

A supporter’s points total can be checked any time via the “My Account” section of tickets.afcb.co.uk


How often are points criteria decreased?

 

Once a game has gone on sale, the qualifying points criteria is decreased every Sunday and Wednesday until all available tickets have been issued.


Where can i find points criteria for the upcoming fixtures?

Concessionary Tickets

 

Concessionary match tickets are only to be used by those supporters who meet the qualifying criteria for the relevant concession of the hosting club.

 

What if concessionary ticket is misused?

 

If a supporter is found to have misused concession tickets they may be refused entry to the ground or have their tickets cancelled.

 

Are there any sanctions for concessionary ticket misuse?

 

Supporters who misuse concession tickets will be subject to the sanctions detailed in the Anti-Touting and Ticket Misuse section of ticketing policy.

 

Can I attend an away match if I am under the age of 16?

 

For away fixtures, supporters under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18; the same rule applies to away coach travel.

 

Can i sit on my own at an away match if I am under the age of 14?

 

*Please note that only supporters of 14 years of age or older are allowed to sit on their own during AFC Bournemouth away fixtures; if you are purchasing a ticket for a supporter under the age of 14, the Junior must be seated with a responsible adult over the age of 18.

 

Can i sit on my own on the coach if I am under the age of 16?

 

For coach travel, only supporters of 16 years of age or older are allowed to sit on their own: if you are purchasing a coach ticket for a supporter under the age of 16, the Junior must be seated with an adult.


ID Checks

 

In order to safe-guard the concession price types offered by the Club, the Club reserves the right to ask for a form of ID upon entry to the ground and at any point once inside the ground

It is important that all supporters keep their match ticket and form of ID on their persons at all times.

The Club reserves the right to refuse entry or eject supporters who do not comply with this policy.


Duplicating Away Match Tickets

 

Supporters who have not received their away match tickets should contact AFC Bournemouth Ticket Office on 0344 576 1910 (option 1) no earlier than 48 hours before the match in order to request a duplicate away ticket.

 

How do I collect an away duplicate ticket?

 

The AFC Bournemouth ticket office will send any duplicate requests to the Home Club and a duplicate away match ticket will be available for collection from the home club’s ticket office.

 

What do i need to bring when collecting an away duplicate ticket?

 

Any supporter who is collecting an away duplicate ticket should attend the home club’s ticket office on the day of the match with photographic ID in order to collect their replacement tickets.

 

What if I forgot to inform AFC Bournemouth ticketing team about replacement ticket?

 

Supporters who have not received or have lost their away ticket, and have not been able to report this to the AFC Bournemouth ticket office in advance of the match-day should visit the Home Club’s ticket office with photographic ID and proof of purchase. The Home Club will then contact the AFC Bournemouth Ticket Office team who will assist them in providing replacement match tickets.

Either club reserves the right to refuse to issue a duplicate ticket if it feels the circumstances warrant it.


Away Ticket Refunds

 

Away match ticket refunds can be made at the Ticket Office providing the match tickets are returned no later than the off-sale time for the match, normally midday on the day before the match-day e.g. midday Friday for a Saturday fixture;

 

When do away fixtures go off-sale?

 

Details of away fixture off-sale dates can be found on the ticket news section of the club website at www.afcb.co.uk

 

Can i receive a refund after the game has gone off-sale?

 

Once an away fixture has come off-sale, the Club regrets that tickets cannot be refunded.

 

Do i need to return my ticket to receive a refund?

 

Yes. Refunds can only be made on production of the match ticket; evidence of destroyed match tickets will not be accepted.


Away Ticket Returns

 

Any away tickets returned to the Club after a fixture has all available tickets issued will be made available for sale at 11am on the Wednesday before a weekend fixture or the Friday before a mid-week fixture.

 

What is the points criteria for returned away tickets?

 

The ticket points criteria for the returned tickets sale will be published on the Club’s social media accounts and all returned general admission tickets are made available for sale online only.
