Qualifying criteria to purchase match tickets is based on the number of home league points a supporter holds.
How can i find my points total?
A supporter’s points total can be checked at any time via the “My Account” section of tickets.afcb.co.uk
Ticket sales Schedule
Once a game has gone on sale, the qualifying points criteria is decreased every Sunday and Wednesday until all available tickets have been issued.
Where can i find ticket on-sale schedule?
The qualifying points criteria for all home league matches can be found via the Club’s On-Sale schedule.
Concessionary match tickets are only to be used by those supporters who meet the qualifying criteria for the relevant concession.
What concession prices does the Club offer?
The Club’s concessionary price types include:

|Under 21||20 years of age or younger on the day of ticket purchase|
|Junior Cherry (Under 16)*||Junior Cherry member between the ages of 8 and 16 (includes Junior Cherries who turn 16 during the season)|
|Junior Cherry (Under 8)*||Junior Cherry member 7 years or younger|
*Please note that only supporters of 13 years of age or older are allowed to sit on their own during AFC Bournemouth home fixtures; if you are purchasing a ticket for a supporter under the age of 13, the Junior must be seated with a responsible adult over the age of 18.
In order to safeguard the concession price types offered by the Club, the Club reserves the right to ask for a form of ID to corroborate the concession price-type purchased.
It is important that all supporters keep their match ticket and form of ID on their persons at all times.
What if i do not have an id with me?
The Club reserves the right to check ID at any time and to refuse to sell, refuse entry, or eject supporters who do not comply with this policy.
What if my ticket does not arrive?
Supporters who have ordered tickets for postage and have not received their home match tickets should contact the AFC Bournemouth Ticket Office on 0344 576 1910 (option 1, then option 2) no earlier than 48 hours before the match in order to request a duplicate home ticket.
Is there a charge if i request a duplicate ticket?
Duplicate home match tickets will normally incur a charge of £5; supporters who require a duplicate ticket will usually be escorted to their seat by a steward for security reasons.
How do I Collect a duplicate ticket?
Duplicate tickets must be collected from the ticket office on a matchday with photo ID.
Please Be aware
The Club reserves the right to refuse to issue a duplicate ticket if it feels the circumstances warrant it.
